We are closed for MOST U.S. holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, JuneTeenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Xmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve). Between Xmas and New Years we will likely close multiple days to compensate our staff who worked extra hours during December before Xmas. We post all of our closed days on the web site, at the top of the MAIN PAGE, below the menu. We also try to send emails to our customers to notify them of our store hours if we are going to close.

Other times that might be important

"WHAT TIME" your mail or package will be delivered is very difficult to predict. Parcel and mail deliveries are made throughout the day, via all the carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx Express & Ground, and freight carriers. Depending on the day, we should be able to notify you fairly quickly via OPIS, our Online Package Information System, of your incoming parcels arrival. For outgoing shipments, generally, the earlier you get your package to us, the more likely it is to make it on the truck for pick-up that day.
